Team Activities

The marvelous WitSource Team enjoyed their annual picnic and retreat to Guhagar Beach in Western India very much.

The bus trip to the coast was a great opportunity to introduce ourselves to new team members.  We shared stories of embarassing moments, sang songs, and enjoyed each others company.

We reached Panchghani Mahabeleshwar in some time and stopped at hotel Bagicha for some food.  There, the dancing went on.



Even our US Team Members enjoyed shaking a leg THE INDIAN WAY.

Later, we enjoyed stories while gathered around a bonfire on the beach.

Sunday brought a boat ride on Hedvi Lake.  Once again we enjoyed each others friendship.  The trip was a great team building activity.

Learning Activities


WitSource cares for each one of their employees.  We sponser regular continued education, training, and skills advancement.

As we grow, we want to promote from within our organization whenever possible.  In addition to training classes, WitSource provides training and study materials to employees so they can further their skill sets and earn promotions.


 

Office Fun


In addition to the mere beauty of our air conditioned, custom-built office space; our high-quality hardware, and our friendly staff, WitSource promotes fun office activities.
These activites are at times just fun days when we dress similarly, but they also include monthly awards presentations, parties, and other fun activities.
